ABOUT PACK 814

About Us

Since its inception, our Pack has flourished into a vibrant and cherished pillar of the San Ramon community, weaving bonds of camaraderie and service that resonate far and wide. Proudly serving Neil Armstrong Elementary School, we've become an integral thread in the fabric of our neighborhood, fostering a spirit of unity and goodwill. As a member of the esteemed Golden Gate Area Council, nestled within the broader northern California chapter of the Boy Scouts of America, our impact extends beyond our local borders, enriching the lives of countless youth and families. With each passing year, our Pack continues to thrive, guided by the timeless values of scouting and fueled by the unwavering dedication of our members. Together, we stand as a testament to the power of community, united in our commitment to building a brighter future for all.

Who Runs Pack 814?

At the heart of our Pack beats the spirit of volunteerism, as we are proud to say that our Pack is entirely run by dedicated parent volunteers. This commitment to service forms the bedrock of our organization, fueling our mission to provide enriching experiences for every scout. Within our Pack, we are structured into Dens, each corresponding to specific grade levels. These Dens serve as intimate communities where scouts forge lasting friendships, learn valuable skills, and embark on exciting adventures together. Guided by the collective passion and expertise of our parent volunteers, our Pack continues to thrive, ensuring that each child's journey through scouting is filled with growth, camaraderie, and boundless possibilities.

Pack meetings are usually the 4th Friday of every month at 5;30pm and are held in the Neil Armstrong Elementary School MPR. Parents are required to stay for the entire meeting.

Den Meetings

Den meeting days and times within our Pack vary to accommodate the diverse schedules of our scouts and families. To ensure that you have the most up-to-date information on when and where your child's Den meets, we encourage you to reach out to their Den leader directly. They will provide you with the specific details regarding meeting days and times, as well as any other important information relevant to your child's participation in Cub Scouts. Clear communication is key to fostering a positive scouting experience for everyone involved, and our Den leaders are here to support you every step of the way.
